I started Hello Earth in 2021 after seven years of making backpacks, tents, and other outdoor gear for myself and my friends. Currently offering custom versions of the pack that has carried my partner and me through many Canadian backcountry hikes, canoe trips, and the 1200 km Great Divide Trail. Hello Earth focuses on using hard-wearing, but lightweight materials to create comfortable, durable, ultralight packs that will last for years of adventures.

Pack fabric made from 100% recycled polyester. It has high asbrasion resistence and is 100% waterproof. EPX series fabrics come in a variety of colours, and have superior tear strength and better stitch holding. The EPL Ultra fabrics (new and recycled materials) are a heavy weave, incredibly durable fabric that will outperform any other fabrics at a similar weight.
Challenge Outdoor
These fabrics are mostly used for pockets and the outer side of shoulder straps and hipbelts. Made of nylon with a thicker yarn woven through in a grid pattern. Robic is a uniform colour, while the grid in gridstop is white because of the HDPE yarns that add tear and tensile strength. Both are very durable and waterproof.
